At Borgergade Parking, we make it as easy as possible to pay for your parking. You can pay on-site at one of our payment machines, or you can use the EasyPark app on your phone — both for payment and for automatic check-in and check-out. This means you can avoid the machine entirely and simply drive in and out without having to think about it.

How to pay in the carpark?

Payment machine

You can pay at one of the payment machines available by the exit. Enter your license plate and follow the instructions on the screen. Remember your license plate number!

Mobile payment

If you use EasyPark, you can manage your parking on the app, for a smooth parking experience.

Automatic check-in & check-out

If you use automatic check-in & check-out you don’t have to do anything upon entry and exit. Our cameras register your license plate automatically. Set this up by using the EasyPark app.

Forgot to pay on your way out?

It can happen that you forget to pay for your parking when leaving the parking lot. That’s really unfortunate!

That’s why we make it possible to pay for your parking from home up to 24 hours after the parking session ends. All you need to do is click the button below and enter your license plate number.

What does parking cost per hour?

Hourly rates are displayed on signs at the entrance to each car park. Prices vary depending on the time of day and the car park. If you would like to know the price in advance, a parking package at DKK 500 per day is often the cheapest option if you are parking for several hours.

Does EasyPark work in all your car parks?

Yes, EasyPark works in all four of our car parks — Borgergade, Adelgade, Landgreven and Jernbanegade. You can also use the app for automatic check-in and check-out, so you don't need to use the payment machine at all.

Can I pay by card at the machine?

Yes, the payment machines accept all major payment cards. Simply enter your licence plate number on the screen and follow the instructions. Make sure to have your licence plate number ready.
