A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer or similar device so that it can be recognised. Our cookies contain no personal information and cannot carry viruses.
3. How to delete or block cookies
Read instructions on how to delete or block cookies.
4. Purpose of cookies on this website
- Technical functionality, to remember your settings.
- Traffic measurement, to understand how many people visit the site.
- Anonymised data, to group visitors into segments.
5. Google Analytics
This website uses cookies from Google Analytics to measure traffic and to group anonymised visitor data into segments via the "Demographics and Interests" report, which covers geographical area, gender and interests.
Opt out of Google Analytics cookies using a browser plugin.
6. Embedded content from other websites
Pages may contain embedded content (for example videos, images or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited that other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content — including tracking your interaction with it if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
7. Contact form
When you use our contact form, the information you submit is stored with our web host, with whom we have a data processing agreement. The data is therefore not stored locally by us. For enquiries of this kind, data is kept for as long as it is needed.
Data is reviewed once a year, and any correspondence that is no longer active is deleted.
8. Privacy policy
Personal data is never passed on to third parties unless you have expressly consented to it, and we never collect personal data without you having provided it yourself — through registration, a purchase, participation in a survey, or similar.
9. Contact regarding personal data
If you would like access to the information registered about you in connection with your use of this website, please get in touch via our contact page.
If any data has been registered incorrectly, or if you have other objections, you can contact us the same way. You have the right to be informed which data is registered about you, and you can object to a registration under the rules of the Danish Data Protection Act.
10. Protection of personal data
Under the Danish Data Protection Act, your personal data must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal data on computers with restricted access, located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are reviewed on an ongoing basis to determine whether user data is being handled properly and with continued regard for your rights as a user. We cannot, however, guarantee 100 per cent security for data transmitted over the internet. This means there is a risk that others may gain unauthorised access to information while it is being sent and stored electronically. You therefore provide your personal data at your own risk.
Personal data is deleted or anonymised on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which it was collected comes to an end. Personal data is kept for a maximum of 12 months after use.
The rapid development of the internet means changes to how we process personal data may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines on the processing of personal data. If we do, we will of course update the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you with a visible notice on our website.
To the extent that personal data about you is processed, you have the right under the Danish Data Protection Act to be informed which personal data can be attributed to you. If it turns out that the information or data processed about you is inaccurate or misleading, you have the right to demand that it be corrected, deleted or blocked. You may object at any time to your data being processed. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. Complaints are submitted to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency), cf. section 58(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act.
